• Before filling the online Application Form for the post advertised, a candidate must mandatorily register for ONE TIME REGISTRATION (OTR).
•  Those who have already registered in OTR need not register again and they can directly login to fill up online form using the same user ID and password’
•  Candidates are required to apply online on hupslappsg.Py4. Detailed instructions for One Time Registration (OTR) and Online Application are available on the APPSC website https://appsc. gov.in The applicants are advised to submit only single application, however’ if due to any unavoidable situation, he/she submits another/multiple applications, the application with the highest Registration ID (RID) will be accepted by the Commission.
• Therefore, the highest RID application should be complete in all respects. The fee paid against one RID shall not be adjusted against any other RID

• STEP-II: Filling Up Candidate’s Details in the application form
• STEP-III: Uploading of Photograph, Signature and requisite documents/Certificates as applicable
