Selection Process Of MAHATRANSCO Recruitment 2024 As given below
- Candidates selected for the post of Electrical Assistant will be appointed for an initial contract period of three years, after which their performance of the previous year will be reviewed at the end of each year and their contract will be extended only if their performance is satisfactory.
- Candidates should note that upon completion of the three year contract period of the post of Electrical Assistant satisfactorily taking into consideration the backlog of vacancies and the need of the company, the company management will take the decision to accommodate the regular post of Assistant Technician in accordance with the company rules.
